    He serves as CEO of Hart Philanthropic Services, an international consultancy to nonprofits/NGOs, providing serious solutions to nonprofit challenges both online and offline. He is also Founder of the international ePhilanthropy Foundation, the global leader in providing training to charities for the ethical and efficient use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes through education and advocacy.

    Hart is author of the books, Major Donors - Finding Big Gifts In Your Database and Online, Nonprofit Internet Strategies: Best Practices for Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Success, Fundraising On The Internet: The ePhilanthropyFoundation.Org's Guide To Success Online a contributing author to Achieving Excellence in Fund Raising Second Edition.

    Martin Jervis is vice president and managing director of Blackbaud Europe Limited. An experienced sales and senior management professional in the IT Sector, Jervis has previously served in leadership roles for companies in the UK and internationally.

    With 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Jervis worked for 13 years at JBA International, a global supplier of integrated business systems, where he served as managing director of the company's divisions in South Africa and continental Europe. During his time at JBA, the company grew from £3m to £400m in revenues. He has also served as the UK managing director for MicroStrategy, increasing revenue by 60 percent and at Vality Technology for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, increasing sales sevenfold. He most recently worked with Blue Edged, where he helped create customized revenue growth strategies for start-up businesses.
